The shoes themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the delivery was annoying. The tracking just sat there with no updates for days, and I was like, why is this so complicated? They ended up arriving later than promised, and while customer service did reply, they didn’t really give me anything useful. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here if you need something quickly.

I ordered my usual size and, they fit exactly the way I was hoping. My toes weren’t squished, and the heel didn’t slide around, which is usually the issue I run into when buying shoes online.
The size guide ended up being really accurate for me, and I think it’s only right to give credit when a brand gets that kind of thing right. I wore them all day the first time and didn’t end up with sore feet, so they’re an easy 5 stars from me

The new pair showed up a few days later, and yeah, they fit way better. No annoying back and forth, no excuses, just handled it. I’m happy with how smooth it all went

I’ve been wearing my shoes from lonzashoes.com for a few months now, mostly to work and just walking around town, and they’ve held up better than I expected. The soles still look good and the stitching hasn’t started coming apart or anything. My only regret is not giving myself more time to break them in before wearing them for long stretches, because they were a little stiff at first. After that, though, they’ve been solid. I’d give them 4 stars overall, mainly for that break-in period, but durability-wise I’m happy with them.

The designs just didn’t really do it for me... they look a bit cheap and not all that modern.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I sent them back and asked for a refund. It did take a few days, but the money came through without me having to chase anyone, if that makes sense. Support got back to me quickly too, so overall I’m happy with how it was handled...

I had to follow up twice before I got the answers I needed. Reading between the lines, it didn’t feel like my issue was a priority, which was a little frustrating.
